Insurance and Private Pay Rates

We accept BCBSTX and United Healthcare for services. For those requiring private pay, ST and OT sessions are $85 for one time weekly, $75 per session for two times weekly and $65 for three times weekly. We offer monthly tuition pricing for private pay ABA services. Tuition will vary as the students’ needs are assessed and the decision is made for the amount of therapy needed monthly. There are late cancellation and no-show fees of $85 charged per missed session for ST and OT. We take your child’s therapy seriously and we expect parents to be committed to their child’s success by attending therapy as scheduled. We highly discourage frequent cancellations, tardiness and no shows.
